The Corporate Counsel

The Corporate Counsel serves our corporate client’s legal requirements from beginning to the end as follows:

Pre-incorporation formalities, due diligence enquiries including but not limited to name searches, background researches on likely corporate partners or entities.
Incorporation of all legally recognized corporate entities including but not limited to companies, partnerships, voluntary associations, charitable and other trusts, private voluntary organizations, trade unions, private business corporations, co-operatives, collective investment schemes and financial institutions.
Transactional support and corporate legal advisory services including but not limited to drafting and reviewing of all legal documents.
Under our Corporate Counsel we also serve prospective investors both local and foreign, in advisory and decision making in relation to their investments. Specifically, in the mining sector NLC will conduct preliminary research, due diligence research and confirmation of authenticity of mining claims, rights and attendant documents to aid in the decision- making process.
